Peter Furda
Peter Furda joined Patria in June 2018. He is currently a Director and is responsible for identifying and managing M&A transactions.
During his tenure at Patria, he has been involved in successful transactions across sectors (including industrial, services and agriculture). These transactions include:
- Sale of Amtek to EMKO IPC,
- the sale of the Hruska retail network to the private equity fund Oriens,
- the sale of Plazma Plus to Interlacto,
- the sale of PUMR&RYBA to C.S. CARGO,
- the sale of KBNK to the private equity fund Central Europe Industry Partners,
- the sale of Conectart to private equity fund Genesis Capital,
- the sale of Úněšovský statek to family office Consillium,
- the sale of TOMATEX Otrokovice to CIDEM Holding,
- the sale of KONEX OCEL to AC Steel,
- settlement between the owners of ZKL Reality
- and was responsible, among others, for the preparation of the valuation of the law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS.
Prior to joining Patria, Peter worked as a Risk Advisor at ČSOB. From a credit risk perspective, he was responsible for the portfolios of Financial and Capital Markets, Treasury, Pensions and Patria Finance.
Peter holds an engineering degree in Finance from the University of Economics in Prague. During his studies, he gained overseas experience in finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong as part of a semester exchange program. Peter is a CFA Level III candidate.
