Milan Bílek
Milan Bílek is responsible for managing the Patria Corporate Finance team and projects in the area of Corporate Finance (M&A, divestitures, valuations, settlements between owners and the preparation of fairness opinions).
Milan has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, asset management and capital markets (4 years at ČSOB; 13 years at TPA Group and 8 years at Patria). At Patria he has managed the following projects:
- Blokurima - advising on the sale of all rights of this brand to ZENTIVA,
- Křenek Forest Service - the sale of a forestry equipment distributor to the Finnish concern, Ponsee,
- CIZ AGRO - the sale of an agricultural farm to AGROFERT,
- ZEOS - the sale of an agricultural farm to GES GROUP,
- Agrozet České Budějovice - the sale of one of the largest distributors of agricultural machinery to GES Group,
- NUTREGO - the acquisition of the pharmaceutical company ARDEAPHARMA,
- INTERLACTO - the acquisition of DEVA Nutrition, a manufacturer of infant formula,
- Úněšovský statek - the sale of one of the largest agricultural farms to the family office of Tomáš Němec(Consilium),
- KBNK - the sale of the company to the private equity fund CEIP,
Prior to joining Patria, Milan worked in Corporate Finance for the advisory company TPA Group, where he was involved, among others things, in the following transactions:
- DITON - advising in the building materials sector on the takeover and debt restructuring of Beton Brož,
- EAA-OIL - advising on the takeover of HI-OIL in the oil and lubricants distribution sector,
- EKO Logistics - a settlement between the owners of the company and arranging the financing of the transaction,
- Farmtec - advising 15 shareholders on the sale of the company to the AGROFERT Group,
- 2VV - advising on the sale of the company to the Swedish concern, System Air.
Milan has also been involved in the preparation of numerous company valuations, as well as commercial and financial due diligence. He received his engineering degree from the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice while studying operational economics.
