Marek Rehberger

Managing Director

Marek Rehberger is responsible for managing the Patria Corporate Finance team and providing advisory services on major projects in the areas of mergers, acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and valuations.

Marek is the Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of the company. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Economics in Prague. Marek has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. At Patria, he has been involved in the following projects:

  • VALCANO - sale of a specialized construction company to Duna Aszfalt, a Hungarian investor

  • UNIKOV Steel - sale of a metal furniture manufacturer to the investor Colibry Capital

  • TOMBURN CZ - sale of a company owned by a UK investor to the buyer COLORprofi

  • K&H - valuation of the security trading division of the Hungarian bank K&H

  • Čepro - valuation of the company

In the parent company, ČSO, he participated in the following transactions:

  • ČSOB and Česká pošta - the structuring and successful conclusion of a partnership agreement

  • Zemský and Hornický - managing the acquisition of these two pension funds

  • ČSOB Factoring - the acquisition of a 50% stake and the buyout of the minority shareholders of ČSOB

  • Českomoravská záruční a rozvojová banka - the sale of the stake owned by ČSOB

  • Burza cenných papírů - the sale of the stake owned by ČSOB

  • Českomoravská stavební spořitelna - the acquisition, transaction amounting to CZK 6.2 billion
