Tereza Petrova

Analyst

Tereza Petrova has been working as an Analyst at Patria Corporate Finance since March 2020, with a break for parental leave, after which she returned to her position in September 2025. She provides analytical support to the team in the execution of M&A transactions, valuations and market analyses.


Prior to joining Patria, Tereza worked at PwC where she had the opportunity to participate in projects in the M&A, Valuations and Business Recovery Services departments.


Tereza holds a Master's degree from the University of Economics in Prague in Finance and Business Valuation with a minor in Turnaround Management. As part of her studies, she completed a semester exchange at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz and a summer school at the London School of Economics with a focus on valuation.
