Náš chléb
We represented the sellers in the sale of Pekařství Šumava Holding, a regional bakery with its own network of retail selling points. The transaction also included the sale of subsidiaries operating in the food production and distribution sector.
Náš úkol
The objective of the sellers was a partial exit of the minority owner (40%), the founder of the company, and a full exit of the majority owner (60%), the Meriton Fund (part of the Miton Group).
Výsledek
Jet Investment was the selected investor in the sale process, with the minority owner, the founder of the company, remaining as a minority, 20% owner and director and will be responsible for the strategic development of the company. This is the first transaction for Jet Investment in the food sector and the addition of the company marks the beginning of a new chapter in the company's development with the aim of expanding into other regions of the country.

Our bread
The Group operates a central artisan bakery in Jablonec nad Nisou and a network of more than 120 retail outlets focused on fresh and local food under the Náš Chléb, Sklizeno and Náš Grunt brands, mainly in the North Bohemia region.
The Group is engaged in the production of artisanal bakery and other food products (delicatessen, soups, confectionery) from quality ingredients and also retailing of local/third party farm products.
