Adam Přeučil

Adam Přeučil joined Patria Corporate Finance in May 2022 as an Analyst. He is currently an Associate and is responsible for identifying and managing M&A transactions.

During his tenure at Patria, he has been involved in successful transactions in the industrial and service sectors. These transactions include:

• Sale of the construction company VALCANO to the Hungarian strategic investor Duna Aszfalt,
• the sale of UNIKOV Steel to the investment group Colibri Capital,
• the sale of Plazma Plus to the Interlacto Group,
• the sale of AMTEK to EMKO IPC
• and the sale of Tomburn CZ to COLORprofi.

Prior to joining Patria, Adam worked at Deloitte Advisory, where he was involved in the preparation of financial due diligence for both domestic and foreign target companies, both for the buyer and the seller. In addition to transactional advisory work, Adam has also been involved in the preparation of several commercial due diligence engagements.

Adam holds an engineering degree from the University of Economics in Prague in Business Economics and Management with a minor in Business and Asset Valuation.
