We stood alongside the owners of AAS Automotive CZ in the sale of their stake to a major strategic investor. The transaction opened up new opportunities for growth and further development of the production plant in the Czech Republic.

Patria was tasked with leading the sale process with a focus on finding suitable, primarily foreign investors. Parallel to the sale process of the company, the process of selling the production hall to a separate financial investor was carried out, with the aim of leasing the building back to the company after the transaction was finalised.
Výsledek
The Irish strategic investor Decotek Automotive submitted a bid that best met the objectives of the sellers and thus enabled the creation of a comprehensive international group in the segment of the production of appearance materials for the automotive industry.
